Our practice
Design that serves people and place
Dix and Joan, LLC was founded on the belief that good architecture should be both purposeful and enduring. We work closely with clients to understand how they live and work, then translate that into spaces that feel right—and perform well—for years to come.
Based at 2358 University Ave in San Diego (92104), we serve residential and commercial clients across Southern California and beyond. Our projects range from custom homes and additions to offices and mixed-use buildings, always with an emphasis on light, materiality, and thoughtful detail.
